Diabetes Specialist Jan Levesque, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC has joined our practice to provide enhanced management and care to our patients with diabetes.
Jan comes to DMC Primary Care with extensive experience as a diabetes specialist with diabetes patients of all ages who have Type 1, Type 2 or gestational diabetes. She will collaborate closely with your primary care provider, to provide the best customized health plan, with an emphasis on improving overall health through lifestyle changes.
Jan is accepting new patients from our practice, and invites you to schedule an appointment to discuss your care.
Her services are considered part of our Family Practice Primary Care, with the same office copay you would normally pay.
