DMC patients now have the option of self-scheduling in-office appointments with providers from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device directly from our website, www.DMCPrimaryCare.Com.

 

Just click HERE and then click on the “Self-Schedule Appointment” button. Be sure to have your insurance information on hand. The first time you use the platform, you will be required to verify your email address. You will also need to answer the same screening questions that we would ask you over the telephone.

 

You select the provider, office, day and time you are seen.

 

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will still receive the usual appointment confirmations and reminders.

 

You can still request an appointment instead and someone will help you schedule your appointment via email or telephone or you can always call our main number at 603-537-1300. Online self-scheduling is just another option DMC offers to be sure that you have the access you need.
