November 13, 2024: Change Healthcare is providing support for people concerned about their personal data due to the criminal cyberattack on Change Healthcare systems. While DMC Primary Care does not use Change Healthcare (CHC) as a vendor, we submit claims to insurance companies that may use CHC; therefore CHC’s recent security incident may impact patients of DMC Primary Care.
CHC has established a dedicated call center to offer additional resources and information to people who believe they may have been affected by this incident. Patients can call the toll-free call center at 1-866-262-5342, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT.
