[Londonderry and Raymond Offices] Dr. Waszkowski (affectionately called “Dr. Dan” by his patients) earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and completed his family practice residency at the San Jose Medical Center in San Jose, CA. He is board certified in Family Practice, Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians; the New Hampshire Medical Societies; and the American Medical Association. Dr. Waszkowski practices in our Londonderry and Raymond offices and will be fully transitioning to our Raymond office by June 2025.
