Our 70+ primary care providers operate independently of any particular hospital or insurance company, ensuring high quality, accessible primary care for each patient. We are physician-owned and governed by a board of directors made up of our own physicians.

DMC Primary Care patients are free to go to the hospital or specialist of their choice, should the need arise. In most cases, choosing a hospital is a decision made jointly by you and your physician.   • Referrals to specialists are based on our patients’ preferences and their medical needs. As an independent practice, we have the freedom to refer to any specialist agreed upon by you and your physician.

  5. Extended office hours (varies by location) offered: Mon-Thurs: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  6. Calls are answered live from 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., Monday  through Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm on Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Saturdays.
  7. On-call primary care providers are available 24/7 with real-time electronic access to medical information.
  8. Our Patient Health Portal offers the ability to message providers, request medication refills, pay bills, and more!
  9. Convenient diagnostic imaging and lab services (Quest or LabCorp) on-site for less out of pocket than hospital imaging and lab services.
