Additionally, our registered dietitians are available to discuss your diet or nutrition concerns, including weight management, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic illnesses.
MEET VICTORIA OVERKO, MS, RDN, LDN
Victoria (Tori) is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who sees patients for general nutrition support, behavior change, diabetes management, weight management and more. Her approach to health and nutrition is patient-centered and functional.
Victoria aims to help people feel good while still enjoying all of the things that they love about life and food.
“It is important to create sustainable goals and take an individualized approach as every individual has different needs. My goal is to help you meet your goals! Behavior change can be hard work, but every small change counts no matter where you are at in health journey.”
MEET VIPRA RAI, MS, RD, LD, CDCES
Vipra earned her Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from M.S University, Gujarat, India. She completed her dietetic internship at UNH, Durham, NH. She has been a registered dietitian since 2000 and has been a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) since 2003. Her compassionate, realistic and flexible approach means that she offers food planning solutions that work in real life to inspire her patients and help them achieve their health goals. Vipra hosts DMC’s Facebook Live cooking demos to help the audience make healthy ingredient choices as well as delicious meals (you can CLICK HERE to view the latest cooking demo). As Director of Clinical Operations for DMC, Vipra also brings an important extra layer of clinical knowledge to her patients.
“I enjoy the outdoors with my family and I also love to cook. My day is not complete without cooking a healthy meal for my family. Starting from cutting vegetables, putting it together and adding spices — it absolutely de-stresses me after a long day. Preparing a healthy meal from scratch is close to meditation for me.”
