Sean Morrison, PA-C
[Dover Office] Sean earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, from Springfield College, Springfield, MA. He brings with him eight years of experience in emergency medicine.
Sean’s special interests include pediatrics, geriatrics, office procedures (lacerations, incision and drainage) nutrition, and exercise. He believes that every individual is unique, with distinct needs and circumstances and he strives to provide compassionate, personalized care that goes beyond treating symptoms or diseases.
When Sean is not in the office, he enjoys skiing, hiking in the white mountains, surfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Cassandra Burns, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
[Derry Office] Cassandra received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She joins DMC with several years of nursing experience, primarily in the ICU/Critical Care setting.
Cassandra prioritizes an approach of patient centered, evidence-based care. Her special interests include preventative medicine, pediatrics and young adults. Her goal is to ensure that her patients are being heard and to not only meet but exceed the expectations of the patient during each office visit.
When not at work, she is very active spending time with her family including her husband and three young daughters.

Nong Chrang, APRN, NP-C
[Dover Office] Nong earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from the University of New Hampshire.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages and finds geriatric medicine especially fascinating. She says, “I feel privileged to be a part of their decision making in health care choices in order to achieve quality of life on a continuum.”
“When I was a young girl, I accompanied my grandmother while she delivered
babies in the remote village in Cambodia where I grew up. Both my grandmother and mother imparted in me a sense of understanding of what it means to be of service to others. I dedicate my profession to these two beloved women who were so influential and have made an indelible impression on me.
I am in deep appreciation for my daughters, they brought clarity, joy and focus to my life. I am privileged to be a family nurse practitioner and I am forever grateful to my profession.”
Nong believes that patients receive the best care when they are actively engaged in their own health care management. As a provider, she strives to build a trusting relationship with her patients through open communication, respect for individual values and treatment choices. She believes in treating the whole person wants to impart to her patients that she is there to be of service to them in their health care needs.
When Nong is not treating patients, she spends time caring for her personal health and well-being. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and my community. She also enjoys exploring the world near and far.

Lilly Friedman, PA-C
[Raymond Office] Lilly Friedman is a certified physician assistant who earned her Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Franklin Pierce University in Lebanon, NH.
Lilly enjoys working with patients of all ages and identities. She has special interests in dermatology and behavioral health, and is dedicated to providing evidence-based individualized care to each patient that she sees. In her free time, Lilly enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Ashley Ferm, LCMHC, Behavioral Health
Victoria Overko, MS, RDN, LDN
[DMC Specialty & Wellness] Victoria (Tori) earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Nutrition from Keene State College and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completion of dietetic internship from the University of New Hampshire.
She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who sees patients for general nutrition support, behavior change, diabetes management, weight management and more. Her approach to health and nutrition is patient-centered and functional.
Victoria aims to help people feel good while still enjoying all of the things that they love about life and food.
“It is important to create sustainable goals and take an individualized approach as every individual has different needs. My goal is to help you meet your goals! Behavior change can be hard work, but every small change counts no matter where you are at in health journey.”
In my free time Tori enjoys hiking, golfing, weightlifting, concerts, podcast, audio books, and trying new restaurants.

Carli Vincent, MD
[Concord Office] Dr. Vincent earned her undergraduate and Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Connecticut. She also completed her Family Medicine residency at UCONN (go Huskies!).
She is most passionate about women’s health, pediatrics, and performing minor office procedures including IUD placements and skin biopsies.
Dr. Vincent is a firm believer in the importance of creating a strong patient-provider relationship. She enjoys involving her patients in the decision-making process and creating treatment plans that align with their individual needs and goals.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her reading, hiking, or knitting. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and dog. Having lived in Connecticut her entire life, she is looking forward to getting to know all that New Hampshire has to offer.

Lynne Dugan, APRN
[Goffstown Office & Bedford Walk-In Care] Lynne Dugan earned a Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Rivier College, Nashua, NH. She has significant experience in chronic disease management, acute care and women’s health.
Lynne believes in patient-centered care and enjoys helping patients feel their best. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their health goals.
