Jenna Clark MSN, APRN, FNP
[Derry Office] Jenna Clark earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University, Nashua, NH.
As a family medicine provider, Jenna provides care to patients of all ages including newborn, pediatric, and geriatric individuals. She sees patients for preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care.
Jenna’s goal is to help her patients find a way to their best health as they see it. She approaches health and illness as a “whole” taking all aspects of a patient into consideration, including their physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural makeup as well as their environment. She is open minded to a patient’s personal values, beliefs, life experiences, and perspectives. Jenna finds it gratifying when her patients understand their personal health issues and options. She wants them to feel empowered.
“The care I provide is patient-focused. I am here to listen to my patients’ concerns without judgment, identify their goals, and with my experience, knowledge, and evidence-based resources, create a plan to work towards those goals. I am supportive of my patient’s decisions, failures, and wins.” – Jenna Clark
In her spare time, Jenna takes advantage of the outdoor activities all four seasons have to offer: camping, snowboarding, hiking, gardening, riding her motorcycle, traveling, and spending time with family.
Jenna is welcoming new patients in our Derry office.

Jeffrey Corbett, DO

Prior to medical school, Dr. Corbett was an elementary school science teacher, and he is still a teacher at heart. He feels that it’s important to educate patients about monitoring their conditions and provide options for treatment (and sometimes even discusses options to not treat conditions). Then he and the patient can collaborate on a healthcare plan together. He also strongly believes that the body has the power to heal itself if we support it in the right way.
“I like the outdoors. If I’m not working or sleeping, you’ll likely find me hiking, biking, kayaking or skiing with my friends, family and dogs.”
