Katharine L. Wetherbee, DO
[Londonderry Office] Dr. Wetherbee received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England (UNE) in Biddeford, Maine, followed by a residency at the Fort Collins Family Medicine Program in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she served as an Obstetrics Chief and a Pediatric Liaison. She is Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Wetherbee enjoys working with entire families. She focuses on treating the “whole person,” working with her patients to uncover all aspects that may affect their overall health and well-being. She works to inspire patients to reach their own individual health goals, with preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle choices. As an Osteopathic Physician she also is able to treat patients with Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, which is a form of manual therapy that can be used to align the body and treat a variety of muscular skeletal ailments. These techniques can be used on all patients, including children and during pregnancy.
Dr. Wetherbee is currently accepting new patients of all ages in our Londonderry office.
Margaret Donovan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
[Derry Office] Margaret Donovan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Clinical Director at DMC. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
As Clinical Director, Margaret oversees all DMC clinics and as a result, is not available for scheduled appointments. She is not accepting new patients.
Doug Dreffer, MD
[Concord Office] Dr. Dreffer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, MA, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He has been a Family Practice provider since 1997 and was the medical director and then program director for the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency Program at Concord Hospital for more than 10 years. Dr. Dreffer is accepting new patients in our Concord office.

Steve Hilton, DO
[Bedford Office] Dr. Hilton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He enjoys treating patients of all ages, from newborns to centenarians and looks forward to building lasting bonds with his patients and their families.
Dr. Hilton enjoys many of the outdoor activities that New Hampshire has to offer, including skiing, cycling and fly-fishing. He and his family live in Bedford, NH. Dr. Hilton is accepting new patients in our Bedford office and looks forward to meeting you.
Jacob Donovan, PA-C
[Derry Office] Jacob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Studies from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, followed by his Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS), also at DeSales.
He grew up in Deerfield, New Hampshire and is so appreciative of the opportunity to practice in his home state, caring for patients in the communities in Southern New Hampshire that he has always called home. Jacob enjoys caring for patients of all ages, and has a particular interest in the very young and in caring for his elderly patients. He is accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting you and your family.

[Bedford and Goffstown Offices] Dr. Rosenbaum earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Medicine & Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey in 1997. He completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Fairfax Family Practice in Fairfax, Virginia, and is Board Certified in Family Practice.
He has been providing care to families in southern New Hampshire for many years, and sees patients at the DMC Primary Care’s Bedford and Goffstown offices.
James Fitzgerald, MD
[Bedford and Goffstown Offices] Doctor Fitzgerald received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia in 1998. He completed an internship and Residency in Family Medicine at Fairfax Family Practice in Fairfax, Virginia, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
He has been providing care to families in southern New Hampshire for many years, and is practicing in our Bedford and Goffstown offices.
Elizabeth Shepard, PA-C
[Derry Office] Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from Westfield State University, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. As an experienced Physician Assistant and a mother of young children herself, Elizabeth brings compassionate care to all her patients, helping them with acute and chronic illnesses, as well as preventive care.

Justin Plaum, DO
[Derry Office] Dr. Plaum received his Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at The Reading Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Plaum enjoys providing care for people of all ages, and especially likes getting to know several members of the same family. He is welcoming new patients in our Derry office.
