We appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on this exciting upgrade. We can’t wait for you to experience what’s coming!

Easy. Secure. Convenient. A better way to connect with your DMC care team is on the way.

What You Need to Know

November will be a month of learning and adjustment for our teams. There may be limited appointment availability in November due to provider and staff training for the new Athena Electronic Health Record (EHR) and patient portal. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition.

During this transition, you may experience delays or disruptions with certain services. Please know that we are committed to working hard to minimize disruptions and ensure you continue to receive the care you need as quickly as possible. You can still count on us for care while we are learning. If you are sick or have an urgent medical concern, please call 603-537-1300 or schedule online at DMCPrimaryCare.com. Our walk-in care clinics in Bedford, Concord and Londonderry will be available and will operate with normal clinic hours, however, we do ask for your patience as walk-in care wait times may increase temporarily.

Once we are fully up and running, our new EHR system and patient portal will offer meaningful benefits, helping us streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance your overall experience with DMC.
